Signs include a door that will not lift, an opener that strains or stalls, or a door that feels much heavier than normal when lifting by hand after disconnecting the opener. TorqueMaster springs are inside the tube, so there is no visible gap like on exposed torsion springs.
If the tube label lists a balance weight you can order by weight. Otherwise use part number or the measurement method.
