Some flag brackets block the small locating tab on the Plus winding assembly. You can remove the tab by bending it off, then mount to your existing bracket. In some cases you may need to punch a new carriage bolt hole in the correct location. Always verify bracket alignment, drum seating, and cable routing before winding.
If your existing flag brackets are bent, worn, or not compatible, replace them with fully adjustable brackets.
