30-Day Return Policy


You may return most new or unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and parts.

Your return may not be accepted if:

  • Item is returned damaged, installed, or in used condition
  • Item is missing original parts (instructions, visor clip, batteries, screws, etc.)
  • The return request is submitted outside the 30 day return period

Exchanges or Store Credit: Returns for exchange or store credit are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be issued.


Damaged in shipping or incorrect item received - If an item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, please follow the returns process below and attach photos of the issue to the return request. Replacement exchanges for the same item are free once the issue is confirmed. Return shipping will be covered by us when using our provided return label.


Defective - Please follow the returns process below and select defective as the return reason. Defective items reported within 30 days of delivery will be exchanged for the same item at our expense once the issue is confirmed. We may require the item to be returned before a replacement is shipped. This excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.


Please note: Some items are non-returnable. Be sure to check the item description for notes regarding this. Paint and control boards are non-returnable items.

To request a return, please:

  1. Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
  2. Your order details will appear on the screen. Confirm the information and click "Create Request".
  3. Select the product(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  4. Select the appropriate return reason for each item.
  5. Add any notes or photos if needed.
  6. Submit your return request.

What happens next?

  • You will receive a return request notification shortly after submitting your request.
  • After your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for refunds, credits, or exchanges to be processed.

Packing and Sending Your Return

  1. Once your return request is approved, pack the items securely in a box or package. You may reuse the original packaging if it is still suitable.
  2. Remove or cover any old shipping labels or barcodes.
  3. Take the package to the carrier of your choice.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service when sending returns.
